Title: Clutch fork. SR5 vs. GT-S
Post by: SidewaysEightSix on May 22, 2015, 09:54:47 PM
Is there a difference.    I'd assume not.   But I do not have both to compare side by side unless I pull a gearbox

Doing a little Rock Auto research...

If you look up the part number for an SR5 clutch fork it is a CF132. ($16)

They don't sell clutch forks for GTS models.

So, there must be a difference of some sort, otherwise they would sell the same part for both.

Early and late model e7 t50s have two different forks and t/o bearings so it possible

ClubFag confirmed.  (LIES!!!)

Looks like I'm pulling a gearbox today.

*edit*
Well ClubFag are liars.    There is zero difference between GTS and SR5.

I need a throw out bearing. Not a clutch fork.    Back to waiting for parts.

At least you clarified that. I always wondered too.
