I think this is more or less turning into a slow build thread. Can somebody move the thread? got my sweet T3 parts in. Thanks to DAP garage for modifying my front struts. I scored these sweet "American eagle" wheels too. Blah blah blah. PICTURES:

Fucken sweet dude. What wheels are those? Looks like somebody picked up some beadlocks, a tube door n n some rock lights since we've last seen it. What trail is that? I like that you go riding w/ Jeepers  ;D this thing's got some battle scars now, fuck yah! What happened to that sweet ass wrap around rear bumper n tire carrier u had? Sick dude, keep it up

KMC XD222 beadlocks and 37s. Rock lights and light bar. Those pictures are from a few different trails at Table Mesa. Lower terminator and anaconda. Plenty of battle wounds, I'm not scared anymore lol. I sold the rear bumper in plans of making a new one, plans evolved a lot. I need to get my roll cage in and then go from there. I like jeeps. I actually have a '67 cj5 sitting in the garage.

Thanks for the pic Aaron. I think I decreased your homes value being there though. lol.

I have plans for the car, but I'm sorting the wiring house out right now. OT this summer will find this project, but it still needs to be daily-able.

I've been a member of AZT for awhile. I don't post much. I have a built Toyota 4runner in the members rides section. No plans for an engine swap yet. Unless I come across the right deal.

I picked up my 1981 Toyota Starlet KP61 last week. It has the 4KC and T50. After 4 hours of owning it, the wiring harness caught on fire. But before that, the car ran and drove great. Starts right up. The dash cluster had a few issues. Interior is nice minus the seats. I plan on getting the seats reupholstered. Overall, I got a nice car for a great price. It's currently in pieces since I pulled the harness to rewrite it. Is anybody familiar with the wiring on these cars?

All rattle cans. It's a 20 foot paint job. Oh, and it got a bunch of scratches today while I went wheeling.

Well here's the latest news. Toasted my rear driveline. Trimmed my rear tub. Ran back way to crown king. Cake walked everything. Overheated once due to my electric fans. Found the culprit and got back on the trail. Tire plug came out at 75mph on the freeway on the way home. Swapped out my 10* marlin dual cases for my marlin dual cases not rotated. I now can run my budbuilt crossmember. Sanded the truck down, primed it, painted it brown. Not bad for a backyard paint job.

Went and tested out the new rear springs. As you can see the rear needs some trimming. The front is perfect.

RWD / What kind of shifter do you have?
« on: January 30, 2014, 10:35:36 PM »
Simply asked, what does your stock shifter look like? Could you guys use these shifter sockets and seats? Simply just asking because I dont know what the car shifters look like. Anyways, I'm a huge fan of marlin crawler, quality, ease, and friendly company. These shifter parts have been in all my trucks. These things are solid and much better than OEM replacement. Was thinking it should work on the cars as long as they have a similar setup.
