Yeah I've been browsing JZXproject and now I'm more determined to sell the 240 and pick up a less clean x8 to build for drift.

Just drift this thing! Cut the springs and put the welded dif in and it will slide just fine.

Why buy another x8?
if youre gonna dump money into a car you might as well dump it into this clean one.
X8s are everywhere.if somethingbreaks parts arent hard to find.

I want to build this to be a super clean daily and another one to beat on.
Met jimmy today and I'll be going 5 speed on the cressida very soon.
240's forsale then I'll sit on my money for a bit and scoop up another x8.

Nah this will get a 1j. Not soon but eventually, or once this motor blows.

7m's never blow! It's a myth started by 1jz owners. Besides, they are the best! How could you ever talk of taking it out!?!

Just playing :p you better get a 1jz!

So the search begins now for a mx73. 240 is going tomorrow to get looked at and figure out why the motor is running like crap. Then after that's figured out I'll be selling the 240 keeping my wheels and picking up a mx73. Then for the x8 I'm looking at some SC430 wheels because there cheap and I like the look of them for 18's.

Still have this thing it's on daily duty I can't see to get rid of my 240....
On another note had a blow out and it jacked up one of my rear mudflaps.
If anyone has a X8 white mudflap in good condition let me know and I'll pick it up from you.
Toywagon told me to hit the junkyard but I'm way to lazy for that lol

So I traded this thing for a X7. Blew the 5m in the X7 and bought the x8 back from the sameness person I traded it to. Picked up a spare x8 with a 7m and a r154 so now I'm pulling that drivetrain to install the r154 into my daily x8. Super tempted to wait to swap and just 1j vvti with the r154
