Thanks

I've been searching the Web for any info on that particular swap, but I guess it isn't that common.

Go away and take your Nissan trash with you...

I figured someone had to be mean. Srsly though vg30's are lame. 1UZ is where it's at.

Ha I have a rebuilt vg30e and 5 speed just sitting here though with a donor 300zx. Also a vg30et.

Unless someone has a manual tranny for my 3tc?
Auto is boring.

Jimmyde was putting a vg30 into a datsun pickup.

Lots of cutting required.

Welcome! We have soo many Chris's on here lol.

Don't even attempt the vg swap. That's a huge waste of time. Sell the motor and trans and get something else for the te. 3tc stuff is super cheap, I would stick with that or do 4ag swap. It would be easy and not too pricey.

Replied.

People underestimate those 3tc man but theyre practically bullet proof.
I put 333000 miles on my motor,
And i abused the crap out of that poor thing.and its still going!
Id suggest a 2tc head,38 Outlaw, header, mild cam and that 5 speed swap.puerto ricans LOVE these motors, and they handle boost very well.
Good luck with your build man be sure to post some photos soon:)
