Pulled the old setup out.

Had the manifold redone *note the bungs.

One of the machined ends...

.... For these

Manifold fitment

Carb fitment

Together

Waiting for Ride Now to get my dang Yamaflaw clamps in so I can actually clamp these bad boys together.

Playing with mounting ideas for the Vacuum manifold, I think this is where it will be mounted.

I think I'm going to use AN line and fittings to make my vacuum "rail" so it's low profile and clean.  Then continue to run AN line into the vacuum manifold.  From there my accessories will just be traditional line and fittings.

So what are those carbs originally from? I'm liking the setup. And how much was it to get the manifold fabricated?

so the carbs are back out. none of the runners lined up exactly, and #4 is just too far off to make for a nice snug fit.  so looks like its going back again, uhg...

can you make the flange bolt holes a tad bigger? how is he making this? are you bringing him a extra head and carbs?

To answer your question. Yes.  I brought him my race head, carbs, flanges, spare intake mani for Referance, carb joints, and gasket to insure proper fitment.

Already got it back from FF.  the guys where supper bummed to see it again, took one quick look, and acknowledged their mistake.  They dropped all projects and got to work on it straight away, even after I told them I can wait.  Had it fixed up for me in 20 minutes.  I did a test fit and mocked everything up at the shop and it all appears to fit nice and snug.

I'm happy.  Right now.  Gotta get a new fuel filter cuz mine was gross, and start putting everything back together.  I need more braided line at some point, but I can get away with the vacuum line I have for the time being.  I'm hoping this weather stays around for a couple more days.  I'm going through drifting withdrawals.....
