Time Trial Annual Tech
* All TT cars require annuals going forward. No more HPDE tech for TT cars as we need to keep the line clear for HPDE tech!
* Please print and fill out this form prior to arriving onsite --> http://www.nasaproracing.com/forms/annual_race_tech.pdf (bring you log book too! If you do not have one yet, one will be assigned to you)

Race Car Annual Tech
* For your convenience, a 2013 annual tech will be available at the track: $25 pre-reg / $40 onsite
* Free annual tech will remain in place if scheduled at an approved shop offsite
* Details of annual tech here --> http://www.nasaaz.com/tech/tech-inspection/ (scroll down near the bottom for race tech specifics)

Registration, Driver Info & Drivers Meetings
* The normal mobile classroom we use has been damaged beyond repair and we do not believe FIR will get this repaired for this event. Registration will be located in the back of "Tage's trailer" near the covered metal awning. See paddock map.

Transponder Rentals
* Need to be checked out at registration
* Need to be returned to registration within 30 mins of your final session to avoid a $25 late fee (don't make "The Missus" hunt you down at the end of Sunday)
* TA rentals only apply for the Sunday TA. If you are also running in TT/Race you need to pay for the transponder rental fee.
NOTE: HPDE sessions are not timed! Do NOT rent a transponder if you are in HPDE.

Timing and Scoring
* Results will be posted near registration
* Please make corrections with your respective Group Leader

o Mount - $5/tire
o Balance - $10/tire
o Tire disposal - $5/tire

Fuel
* The track sells multiple grades of fuel on-site but does not staff an attendant full time. Check in with registration first to purchase fuel from FIR
* An alternative fuel solution is Chevron (typical fuel grades) less than 1/2 mile away or Loves on the East side of I-10 (race fuel at the pump) which is less than 1 mile away

Concessions / Food
* We'll have "Lulu" out in the usual FIR catering truck for Breakfast and Lunch!
* NASA AZ will be providing Instructors, Officials & track safety staff lunch on Sat & Sun out of the back of the NASA AZ trailer. This food is not for the general public and participants should plan their meal accordingly.
* Sat night BBQ is a good (weather permitting)

Photography & Decals
* Tom Barnes from Twisted Priorities will be out providing his usual services
* Additional photographers welcomed. Please register as a "Vendor" so we know how to contact you. Thx!

Thank you to everyone that came out over the weekend.  I apologize 808, I was running around the pits trying to get my brakes sorted before my last run (which didn't work, BMC shot FTW!!!)  I will be posting the info for the March event in just a little bit.  If you are able to make it out, definitely do.  It is easily the biggest event of the year.
