how about some poor quality pictures!

new power steering reservoir, with a/n lines

had some really bad misfire issues that turned out to be oil leaking through the cam sensors into the actual plug and filling up with oil over time. i need to replace them so i immediately removed the rear subframe.

gonna install some subframe and diff bushings as well as reinforce the subframe a bit.

i'll get to those cam sensors one day.

"I'm fat and he's Asian.  Crazy food is bound to come up in conversation."
      "wait, am I the Asian?!"
"yeah bro.  Yeah, I think so."
      "I'm white!"
"visually, yes.  But so is Takumi Fujiwara."

Yes....  You are an expert

i don't remember anything from then, my recollection starts in the late 80's early 90's mostly due to me trying to block out my childhood.

i tried to purchase serialnine subframe bushings, but they don't stock them and have no plans on having any available. so it was either go with technico racing at twice the cost or excessive. i went with excessive.

while the subframe is out i decided to fix it up a bit

the front diff mount holes were a little gnarly so i welded in a washer.

i am fairly new to mig welding, and it shows

added a bar on the back of the frame and a plate across the diff mount holes.

no, i just ordered another set of axles, it's easier to put the whole thing in at once.

everything was tight and worked well enough, i just wanted it a little more stout.

spare R154 has been rebuilt with all marlin crawler/driftmotion parts.
now all i need to do is pull the trans and swap the shifter/housing/bell housing. but first i need to decide whether or not to put a new clutch in. i have no more money available for the cressida at the moment due to all of it being funneled to the corolla.
